This sauce is made with organic Thai Tamarinds and Morrocan Mandarines combined with our home blend of Masala Spices and our homegrown Jamaican Red, Cayenne and Fish Peppers.
All natural: low sugars, low sodium, no thickeners like Corn Starch or Xanthan Gum.
This sauce is naturally very thick and pours slowly as it is very concentrated with fruit pulps which makes it ideal for cooking and marinades.
