After a 10+ year career in corporate communications, Jillian decided to shift into entrepreneurship to help use the power of words and wellness to empower a brighter future. In addition to being a wife and mama to twins, Jillian is also a 500 hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, a Reiki Master, and has additional certifications in pre/post-natal yoga, beginner yoga, and kids yoga—not to mention she's also the co-owner of Rise Wellness Collective!
With a wide variety of modalities and products to help you unlock ease in your life, Jillian's goal is to leave you feeling empowered and at home in your body and your life...no matter your age!

What kind of products do you sell?I sell affirmation cards and prints for kids—but adults love them too!
How did you get started?
As a Reiki Master, yoga teacher and wellness practitioner, I use affirmations all the time for myself. Becoming a mom made me realize that our kiddos need the same tools to manage the world around them and keep their beautiful, unique sparks ignited. I created these affirmation cards with my own daughters in mind, with the intention of creating an inviting and imaginative space to discuss and better understand each of our feelings and our unique joys and strengths.
Why are you a maker?
I am a maker because I love to create. Coming from a background in corporate communications, I was always writing for others, but being able to now create something that is solely driven by me, with words that align to my own vision and purpose, fills my soul!
What inspires you?
People that leave the world better than they found it inspire me. The wide-eyed wonder and possibility that children hold inspires me. Those that continue to try despite obstacles inspire me. The unique traits of humans inspire me.
What is your favourite product that you sell?
My favourite product is definitely the card deck, as that is the original inspiration behind it all.
What is your favourite product that another maker sells?
I love, love, love Monday Muse's kimonos! I buy them for everyone!

Definitely our affirmation deck.
What's one fun fact that someone might not know about you?
I grew up dancing competitively! Tap dancing is my favourite.
