ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We try our best to have orders filled within 4-5 business days. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order if you need it by a certain date, so we can confirm turnaround time (emails are answered Monday to Friday). Please also read the product descriptions, as some items (like custom items) might have a longer estimated turnaround time. Our business hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10AM - 5PM, Friday & Saturday 9:30AM - 5PM, and Sunday 10AM - 4PM.
If one item in your order is scheduled to take longer, we will hold your whole order until each item is ready. If this will be an issue, please make two separate orders with the item that will take longer in an order on its own.
At this time, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancel orders. We do offer in-store exchanges within the same vendor if the item is the wrong size or defected.
IN-STORE PICK UP
All orders made on our website are for In-Store or curbside pick up. For In-Store pick up go to our main cash, NOT our cafe with your order number.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
Orders for curbside pick up can be picked up at our Bowmanville location ONLY Wednesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
When you arrive, you must park in a designated curbside spot at our back entrance and follow the instructions on the sign. We will come out and bring your order to your vehicle.
