All online orders are for local pickup only. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup at Markets Ontario.
All orders are final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
As Markets Ontario is home to handcrafted, one-of-a-kind products created by local makers, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and retain your original receipt or order confirmation. Items deemed to be defective may be eligible for an exchange of equal value from the same maker, subject to availability.
